A campground database built for RV travelers
RV Property lists 6,191 campgrounds across all 50 states, organized around the details that decide whether a park works for your rig.
Why it exists
Most travel sites will tell you a campground has RV sites. Few will tell you whether a 40-foot fifth wheel fits, whether the hookups are 30 or 50 amp, or where the nearest dump station is. RV Property puts those details first, so you can narrow a trip to parks that actually fit before you start making calls.
What you can look up
Browse by state and city, or filter for electrical hookups, dump stations, and RV length. Each park page gathers what is known about it: site counts, hookups and amperage, length limits, amenities, pet policies, posted rates, elevation, the nearest town, and directions.
Where the information comes from
Every detail comes from a public source: government recreation databases, state and national park listings, a park's own website, or its official booking page. For privately owned parks, each fact is matched word for word against the page it came from, and the page shows the date it was checked. When a source doesn't state something, we leave it off instead of guessing. You can read more in how details are gathered.
What RV Property is not
RV Property doesn't take reservations or payments. Booking happens directly with each park. Details can change between checks, so confirm the things that matter most, like site length, availability, and seasonal dates, with the park before you travel.
Help keep it accurate
If you run a campground that isn't listed, you can submit it here. If you spot a detail that has changed, send a correction and it will be checked against the park's own source before the page is updated.
