RV Property is a free campground directory. You can browse every page without an account, and we collect as little about you as we can.

Who we are
This policy covers rvpropertyreit.com ("RV Property," "we," or "us"). If you have a question about it, email contact@rvpropertyreit.com or use the contact form.
Information you give us
When you send a message through the contact or listing forms, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. The form delivers that message by email to contact@rvpropertyreit.com. We use it only to reply to you, to review a listing you submit, or to check a correction you report. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in a message.
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of listing changes. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical details for each request: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the page that referred you, and the time. These logs help us keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted on the host's normal schedule.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, time on the site, approximate location, device type, and browser. We look at this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you. Advertising
RV Property may show ads served by Google AdSense to keep the directory free. When ads appear, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can turn off personalized advertising in Google's My Ad Center. You can also opt out of personalized advertising from many third-party vendors at aboutads.info. If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will not be based on your browsing.
Maps on campground pages
Campground pages include a map provided by Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy. The "Get directions" button opens Google Maps directly.
Cookies and your choices
The only cookies on RV Property come from the services described above: Google Analytics, Google Maps, and, when ads are shown, Google advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the directory will still work.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share the messages you send us with anyone else. The services named in this policy (our web host, Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Google AdSense when ads are shown) process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site and its visitors.
Campground information
Campground pages list business details such as a park's name, address, phone number, and website, taken from the park's own website or official public sources. If you run a park and want a detail corrected, contact us and we will review it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email contact@rvpropertyreit.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
RV Property is meant for adults planning RV travel. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Campground pages link to park websites, reservation pages, and government sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
