RV Property currently lists 6,191 campgrounds across all 50 states. Depending on what a campground reports, you can compare site counts, electrical hookups, dump station access, potable water, road access, and RV length limits.
How park websites are checked
For privately owned RV parks, we read the park's own website and record only what it states: site counts, hookups and amperage, RV length limits, amenities, policies, and posted rates. Every detail is matched word for word against the page it came from, and each park page shows the date its website was checked. When a park has no usable website, we use its official public listing instead, such as a state tourism or county page, and say so on the page. A source is only used when it shows the park's own phone number or street address.
When a detail is unavailable
If neither the park nor an official source lists a detail, we leave it off the page and point you to the park's phone number so you can ask directly.
